Obama is about to facilitate the largest expansion of government EVER. An expansion that puts the New Deal to shame. Here are some numbers to think about (inflation adjusted):

  • The Louisiana Purchase: $217,000,000,000.
  • The race to the Moon: $237,000,000,000.
  • The New Deal: $500,000,000,000.
  • The Iraq War: $597,000,000,000.
  • The Rape Our Children’s Future Stimulus:$1,173,000,000,000. (more…)

A swooning school board in New York decided to change the name of Ludlum Elementary to honor the first black president (have you heard that he is the first black president yet?). This school thought it was so important they voted to change the name before Obama was actually sworn in. Apparently, just like in the minds of the drooling fools that voted for him, the fact that he is black is all that they need to know. As if it wasn’t bad enough that “objective journalists” were getting thrills up their legs about Obama, or commenting on his glistening pectorals, or swooning over his dedicated workout regimen. Yesterday the house passed the spend.spend.spend.bill, but they did it without a single vote from a Republican. Barack didn’t need any votes from us but he went after them anyway, not in an attempt to unify but rather in an attempt to spread blame when this plan inevitably crashes and burns. Well done House Republicans, I thought some of you would be overwhelmed by the size and the shiny sparkle of the Presidents bandwagon, you weren’t. You made me proud on this one. Its a wonderful thing to happen, you actually voted as conservatives. Now we all have to wait and see what the ninnies (more…)

The current President has used the same persuasive tactic to hoodwink people into his support that Al Gore did about global warming. Remember Al declaring that “the science has been settled” even though that is far from true.

Well now we have Barack making the claim earlier this month that

There is no disagreement that we need action byour government, a recovery plan that will help to jumpstart the economy.

The only way that statement is true is if he is referring to the lack of discord between himself and his chief of staff, but as is typical of the words from his mouth, this claim isn’t true and there are a few guys who would like to say something about it . . . (more…)
